Thread: What should I do now?

I have applied for a Dataone 256kbps unlimited plan in which they give rent free land line..dated April 21st 2007
Just 3 weeks back they managed to give me the telephone connection.
Till now internet connection is not given..
I have contacted the Area divisinal manager and Area manager and bsnl exchange personal numerous time without any result....
I have lodged a complaint in their DATAONE service call center ...
I think they want money(bribe)...
But I won't give a penny even if I could...
What should I do now?
BTW I am from BTM,Bangalore

Most of the times bsnl is short of either routers or the infrastructure
thats the common problem at most of the places
In jaipur i know people who had applied 6 months ago and are still waiting
so the best way to get on top of their queue is the ugly way B R I B E !!!

If you can get it through bribes, that is one choice you have to make. When I tried to apply for broadband connection at the local BSNL office, they told me they do not have any application forms. As per their suggestion, I tried to fill up a form and send it online. It gives some crazy error and do not go at all!! BSNL sucks big time in customer service.

How to get the higher autorities phone number?
How to complain in consumer court?

Just go to consumer court and launch a complaint even my friend had this problem as they are not having routers so its better than you buy router from outside and then apply for connection without router and then they'll give you connection in less than a week.
