    Default (Urgent) Unable to check Check BSNL Broadband Usage

    I am on 500C Plan

    when logged in to data.bsnl(dot)in , I get this error -

    This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator.

    when trying to log In selfcare.edc.bsnl.co(dot)in I cant seem to reset my password,No Matter how Much i try with the new (after Resetting) password i get this Error -
    The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.(SBL-DAT-00569)

    I am Using FF 11.0 and Live In North 24 Parganas,West Bengal

    same problem with me... called BSNL CC no solution on it.. I am also using Home 500c
