File A Case Against BSNL?

In Bijnaur,Lucknow region net always go 3-4 times in a month for 2-3 days but they take full money included discount and etc.Should I ask them why it goes by RTI(Right To Information)?Whenever I ask any BSNL worker for the number of SDE they just change the topic.Now its irritating me.What can i do,help me.

Discount is provided only if net remains offline for 3 days continously. If it becomes online even for 1 hour no discount is provided.

Generally when we dial 1500 from our LL, it connects you to the local exchange of your area.

on the back of your LL+BB bill there is a number of Nodal officer. Have a chat with him and see if issue gets resolved
