    Default BSNL selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in

    Good Site...can see call details,download latest bill.make bill payments,view broadband usage...etc..but broadband usage is shown mixed format..it is ot showing month wise....

    I have registered...it looks good. Raised 3 Tickets to see the response through portal submissions.

    I submitted 3 complaints regarding my Plan Conversion. You can change the plan using udaan.bsnl.co.in

    that i know...but we cant change from selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in....but other sited like ndc,sdc and edc can do it...do u hve ny info y we cnt do it????

    yes you can change in the same portal. I did submitted a plan change now. See attached screenshot.

    ndc,edc and sdc has the facility to change the tarrif...but wdc does not have...plz see the attachment...Untitled.jpg

    It does not give cumulative uses as being given on dataone.bsnl site before 1/5/2012.There is no information about the email address where to make complaint about this.only their Delhi address is mentioned.The enterprise such as BSNL is not able to give full proof version of the site.Pity on them. Today I logged on tothe application but could not get the drop down menu about the Uses.Where it is?

    I am able to open the site....today 1s 9-5-2012 but today also it shows the usage in mix form....and we are not able to change the tarrif plans also....worst site by bsnl....Bsnl needs to upgrade the site....Also browsers are not supported..

    chrome and Firefox new versions are not supporting.BSNL should be wound up.When previously every thing was working perfectly why to change without proper checking of the software?I cannot find even where to see USES?

    there is a person name Sanjay Kumar, he is saying that just submit a application without application plan can not be changed.hand written application.

    Exclamation Suggest a wireless router for home

    Please help me buy an affordable wireless router for my home. I want to use it to connect my desktop computer, laptop as well as android phone to the Internet.
    My desktop computer does not have wifi connectivity so there should be an option for wired connection as well.

    try for linksys or belkin please see the below links
    cisco n150,n300...
    there is also the models of belkin f7d1301zb and f9k1102zb....

    Thanks. Gonna look for those model numbers.

    Would you suggest dual band?
    also..One of them had RJ11 as the requirement. isn't RJ45 a standard?

    Is anyone able to make use of this website? Currently I am repeatedly getting HTTP 500 Internal Programming error messages.
    If anyone has been able to successfully access the usage details, please share the operating system name,version,edition,machine type and OS type(32-bit/64-bit for each case), service pack(s),if any,graphical web browser name and version.

    I have registered on this selfcare website but when I try to login, it says "the customer verification process is in progress, sorry for the delay." Does this thing happen with everyone? And how much time does it take for this process to complete?
    I am in urgent need to take the print out of my bills and am not able to see any other portal/website from where I can take printout of the same. Further its also very disappointing that BSNL doesnt have any customer care number which can be accessed/called through a mobile.
    Please help.
