Hello everyone i am Rohit.
I am from Kerala & this is my first in here.
So this problem started way before ago. I have BSNL broadband home combo ULD 750 with 1 mbps speed for the first 6GB & 512 kbps for the remaining.
So i have three problems
1. Frequent Disconnection :
I have frequent disconnection from the last 2 year onwards. Last week we called the customer care & a man came & he did nothing & he said the problem have been solved but nothing have been solved.

2. Speed :
I am told to have a speed of 150kbps to 190 kbps and 50 kbps to 100kbps after the use of 6GB units.My Brother paid the bill but the speed was still the same (50 to 90 kbps).

3. Bill :
I have Unlimited hoe combo plan of 750 Rs but when the months bill came i was broken. It was 1450 Rs. (Its Unlimited but how can it become this much)

These are my three problems so please help me guys i beg you my friends.

& 1 more thing that i tried to check the SNR values but the username or password was not accepted by 192.168.1.1
I tried admin as username, password and both username and password
but still not working
