Need exact figure of BSNL adsl upload speed

Hi all,

I am planning to subscribe BSNL adsl internet. Most of the time i need to upload files, Can any one suggest what will be the upload speed of bsnl adsl internet if i subscribe 1mbps or 2mbps of internet service.
