My BSNL Broadband not working from last 1 month

Hi Moderator,

I had complained for my BSNL broadband not working on 26-07-2012 vide complain number 1007364226 till today there is no action taken from BSNL side. I am suffering from last 1 month & i had paid charges for that period also but no action taken against my complain.

Please do needful in this matter

Thanks Maxsteel, I lodge a complaint about BSNL.
My internet connection disconnect frequently.

please post statistics of your phone line from modem.

Visit 192.168.1.1 from internet explorer, type user id and password as admin and see line stats in that.
