Thread: Urgent - Dataone Problem - Please Help

Hi Folks,

For the past 1 week or so, i am observing that my ADSL light goes off every 45 mins or so and comes back up in 5 mins.
Sometimes, it comes up and goes down immediately

I am from Chennai and using UT-Starcom Wireless modem - Type II
I am using ethernet port to connect to my laptop

Have anyone faced such an issue. Should i get them to check the line, or its a device fault.
I dont want to call their helpline, knowing that i wouldnt get any help
Based on your replies, I will go directly to exchange and try sorting it out....

Please help, as I am currently working from home and its hampering my work...

doesnt seem to be a problem with ur device
get your line checked

if any parallel connection is connected to disconnect that connection then check the status of DSL line. I hope this will help you.

I hope u r using the SPLITTER provided by the bsnl guys
