I applied for Startup plan 250. it is almost 1 month ago. No reply from BSNL.

how the plan is? any idea about availability?

how to followup BSNL people...

If its been a month I think then there are no ports available at your nearest exchange so you might have to wait till a port frees up. There is still a possibility that there might be ports available and they are just being lazy and trying to avoid work so its a good idea to go down to your exchange and ask them whats going on with your application and hopefully you should have your internet up and running soon.

If they give u the old lame excuse of modem shortage, u can buy one from market

This is the case for most of the people. Most of the time my friends had to wait for about 45 days. Only then they got their connection. So you will have to wait for another 10 days and keep checking them in the office. Only then your request will be responded.
