Hi frens,
I got my broadband connection & yesterday I was given a username and password.
I am able to connect to the Internet with that username & password.

But..problem was I could not check my account usage.

To check my account usage,
I used url dataone.in --> clickd on Dataone Account Administration --> then given username & Password

But..I could not login, it saying "EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid username and password"

Is there a different password for checking my usage ?

kindly help me on this.

dude the username password is same but u are clicking the wrong link.
1.Open dataone.in
2.Click on CHECK ACCOUNT USAGE - TOP LEFT

3.Enterd username & password

got same error msg "EJPAK0004W: Login failed"

Still I am able to using my internet with same uname & pwd.

Any Solution??

I'm having the same problem like Satyacan...
The BSNL Broadband connection is from last 2 weeks & till now I don't know how much I've used !!!
So I'm in deep trouble,... can't imagin how much is downloading & there is no capping option available...
So its really urgent for me to check the usage !!!

Also whenever I type or click on the links :

it shows "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ....

So I'm in deep shit !!!

Even I'm getting d same error. Must be something wrong with their server or may be our accouts are not being logged. Quite xpensive to download when we donno d stastics.!
