Rep Power: 3  |  a wonder service Most of the government companies are famous for their no quality service offered and bsnl is not an exception for it in most of the cases. But i was awestruck to see the response that my friend received last week. He had opted a plan change and gave a letter. The plan was activated on the same day itself. Yet again in another 3 days, he wished to switch back to the same plan and the same happened. In another 6 hours it was activated. Great service and he was too happy. Kudos to bsnl. |
