Hi All,

Last week I got BSNL connection, I couldnt connect to internet. As stated in the User Manual, I have typed the IP address and small window popped up and after entering the username and Password for more than three times, I was redirected to a page displayed 401... Authentication required.

I called up the customer service, they said there is a problem in the server, you can try after 2 days. Even today morning also I tried connecting using the IP address same error shows.

I even contacted the Jr Engineer and told him about the problem. He has no clue and said the problem will be rectified in two days.

Is there anyone encountered the same problem. Is there any way out to come out of this problem.

Clearly, you have not read the manual properly. Type in the username admin and password admin to login and run the wizard to setup the connection. The BSNL guys were supposed to set it up for you if you didn't know how to do it.
