Bsnl is govt service nobody will help we should proud for our govt

I hope i took conection on march 12 and till to day may be more than 50 times i have lodged complaint even though no body have checked properly.broadband doesnot work properly frequiently its got disconect some time landline also same .i took 900 combo plan but its like 2g speed.whenever i called i got answerd somebody will visit and getit done .from yesterday totaly broadband is not working from today morning my land line also not working.really i am so lucky even today i didnot saw anybody even for instalation they called me to bsnl office .If such in bangalore like this how may be in rural area,

Use the link I gave in other thread. A visit to exchange can be fruitful than telephone calls. Try talking to the SDE.

You can also check the line from connection box. Make sure that insulation is proper, if not use an insulation tape and cover it. Also remove if there are any joints.

Obsolutely right sir but you are telling me to check if any joints .there is no joints over here near by me,,,and the thing to talk directly -twice i went to kormangala bda branch from where i bought conection today morning also i visited they gave number and told me to call the same whatever the answer we used to get from them even i got .finally may be i will have to give a requiest for cancellation .i beleive for that also i need to pay the money ,this is call govt service bsnl.
