Lost Bsnl username

am on combo 900 plan got converted from uld 750 on 18 oct am unable to check my usuage since today am getting speed of 512kbps i think i crossed my fup i have registered to self care portal but i forgot my username and password however i can retrieve my password but not my username i complained to bsnl but no help anyway to retrieve my username

I am not sure how it works with Bsnl but for Mtnl users the user name is their telephone number and password is CA number.

BSNL uses different formats from time to time. Better talk to the customer care.
