the ip addresses mentioned , i.e., 10.240.128.195 and http://10.240.43.216/ does not open up. please help.
im not able to view in which rate plan i m .

I have a new Dataone 250 plan connection. It is in the bsnl.in domain format. I have been unable to change my password as the two mentioned sites are not opening on my pc.Please tell me what should i do???????

hi the usage checking address is varying from different period.

for example if u bought connection before 3 month ,then u are provided one site address and ur friend bought connection few days before , then he wil be provided with diff. website address.

so u ask the customercare officer and tell abt ur problem and if they cant able to fix the problem, then they wil file the complaint and u wil be called by them later for solving the problem.
