Default Connecting issues with Belkin N150

    Hi

I bought this Belkin n150 adsl2+ modem (F7D1401ZB) and it worked like a charm for a year. Last week BSNL had their servers down for a day in Pune. They fixed it and since then I am not able to connect.

In the security log it's stuck at "PPPoE send PADI" which essentially means that the credentials are wrong.

So tried with my D-Link GLB-502T and it worked for some while and then it started to give an error called "Apple Code = 0".
Which means that there is a problem in the line.

So I called the BSNL guy and he said there was no problem in the line and the credentials were correct. Now what do I do? I spent Rs.4K on a N WiFi router and it worked for a year and now it doesn't. And they aren't ready to listen to me anymore because it works on their modem.

Anyone else in Pune facing this problem?

Take the modem to exchange and show them. You can alternatively complain at link here
