hi evry1, i got the new dataone connection on 16th. nov. when i confirmed my plan was H500 and started to dload stuffs @ 2AM, the connection disconnects after starting to use the net.
it repeats every 5-10 mins.
with the LEDs in the modem, all the LEDs remain stable without blinking and once i reboot the modem, the connection once again establishes.
and the problem also persists. when i contacted the customer care, they said tht they wont give support to is a privately owned modem and as the connection is re-established after rebooting the modem, there seems to be prob wit the modem.
please help me..
