I think the BSNL has also taken a policy not to allow their subscribers to enjoy uninterrupted connection for more than three days in a week. I open my PC only to find either the broadband not working or it not working at all for hours and days. Any number of complaint, the BSNL people never mind. It is not like private operators where they are paid on the basis of the number of connections they procure. So they (BSNL) are not not bothered whether a subscriber's connection works or not. Is changing the ISP is only solution?
