I given request to change plan from HOME-250 to 500C on 22-Nov-2007.
they said that It will applicable form 1-December.
but i called Customer Care today then customer care executive said that
not changed yet now, and also said that ask ur Local Exchange JTO.
....................
Plese give ur valuable response.

i am also give request to change Home250 to H 500C on Last Month 22-Nov-2007.

I called Dec-1 they replied not changed.

I also serious about this problem.

how can we go through further action on BSNL.

same problem has occurred to me.
we had applied to change the plan from home 250 to home 500c on 20th nov.
still it is not apllied ven thou they said that it would be affected from 1st dec.

I would suggest to not depend on phone calls . whenever you have
time , visit the local BSNL office to get plan change infront of you !

bsnl people changed my plan after a delay of 3 days. this 3 days, thankfully i did not use the net heavily. what to do for this sluggishness of bsnl.

i applied for a change on April 25th.. i think it should ve changed by may 1st.. but i just dunno how to verify.. can some one suggest me what i should do to make sure tat the plan is changed before i go downloadin everythin from the net??!!

oh and i tried bbservice.bsnl.co.in.. it aint opening since the past week..

always confirm from some senior bsnl official not some baabu & try to get some proof in writing about your plan change.if anything goes wrong & you don't have any proof(like some receipt/letter etc)you will be in big trouble.

i would like to add a bit of information which you people might have missed

the minimum hire period of the home-250 plan is three months which means that you cannot get your plan changed or withdraw the connection before three months .....and be sure that three months are over...and for plan change when you have given your application for a plan change they will change your plan by the end of the month not in the middle of the month ...they implement the changes in the next billing cycle and always follow the billing cycle .........and for making sure that your plan is changed simply wait for the bill to come,it will be written in the bill what plan are you in

let me add one more thing dont waste your precious time in making phone calls to the customer care .......they are pathetic and simply sucks!!!!!!!!!.......instead post your doubts here they will be solved in mins

Yes, Almost all plans changed in 1st of the month. Login in your customer account at bsnl to see weather your plan is changed or not.

hey guys i changed from UL 900 (speed restricted to 256 kbps) to 500 C (speed upto 2Mbps) to get a higher speed..but actually they have changed the plan..but the speed hasnt changed..its still restricted to about 26-27 kbps net.
Please help. m from kolkata. i called the broadband guys. they came to my house n found a bend in the wires by the door.. they are bent on getting the wire changed for that bend(by that they mean that the bend is causing a drop of about 100kbps in my speed). What to do?
