    Default need help !

    Hi ,my friend is living in another city and he is using BSNL Broadband(500 night unlimited plan) and me using BSNL Broadband(250 plan),and he gave me his username and pass to use at night 2-8 ,but after entering user & pass ,the internet is not connecting (691 error comes),& his user & pass is working on data usage website(http://10.240.43.216/),plz anybody help me

    And iam using win xp sp2,and my modem is ADSL UT-300R2U "white colour modem and Dataone is written on upper side

    Many users are facing this problem as BSNL is locking most
    of the broadband accounts . That is a particular broadband
    connection is available only to the concerned user . it can
    not be used by others . it is technically called "port binding"

    although you can check your friend's dataone account usage,
    you can not use his connection if his connection is locked !

    Port binding is done at the BSNL server and we
    can't do anything at the users' end to avoid it .

    There is nothing you can do about port binding, if you have a unlimited connection you are automatically port binded.

    but one of my friend is using someone 500(night-unlimted) account,why it happening with me?

    might both your friends are in the same area thats y he is able to use it, otherwise its highly impossible.
