    Default bsnl wimax problem

    Hi

    My bsnl wimax connection has stopped working on my laptop...IT WORKS ON MY FREINDS' LAPTOP
    On my laptop, in the taksbar, it shows connected and everything seems fine but i cant access any sites or download anything
    Does this have to do with a bluetooth device i installed a few days back or some other issue...plz guide me

    ping any website say type ping www.google.co.in in command line & post the results.
    Also try ping 8.8.8.8 & check the outcome.

    i uninstalled both the wired and wireless adapters and reinstalled on system reboot but still net is not working...the network icon shows my laptop is connected but i cant open any sites, cant access my modem through 192.168.1.1 but when i use utorrent i can connect to seeds/leeches but speed is below 1 kbps...i have set my ip address as auto set and my connection works perfectly fine on my friend's laptop...kindly advise
