    Cool BSNL is fraud & very third class & Staff is Un-matured , Unknowlegible.

    Me bsnl ka customer tha!
    3 year ke pahile mera Unlimited HOME Plan tha & me 1 month ke liye bhar jana chahta tha esiliye 1 month ke liye 250 ka plan ke liye application diya & vo Uregenlly change ho gaya but 1 month bad maine phir 250 se unlimited ka plan ka application diya & BSNL Staff ne kha ki aapka plan change ho gaya and maine BINDAS unlimited browsing start ki and after 1 month mujhe bill aaya maine dekha ki plan chnage hi nahi huva hai & BILL amonut 4,000/- ke upar maine urgently bsnl office se contact kiya officer say me aapka plan to change ho chuka hai. & distric office se hame is office ki request after 5 days after mili hai to aapko iska bill pay karna hoga. phir ye office bhi mujhe rules dikhane laga lik 1 date se 5 date tak hi aap plan change kar sakte ho and aapne application 6 date ko de diya hai & is rule ke bare me hame pata nahi hai ye aapki pahili hai case hai. esa bolke staff me aapne hands up kar diye and mujhe bill barna pada!
    phir maine 1-2 year bad connection disconnect kiya 1 - 2 month ke liye & phir new connection liya 3-4 year ke bad means 28/10/2012 se mera connection stop hai Reason Road constuction ke vajah se CABLE Puri 1 KM disturb ho gai hai after 17//11/2012 ko start ho gaya vo bhi 10-12 bar complain write karne ke bad.& 1 day after phir disconnect huva maine office ko contact kare bad pata chala ki Bill pending ke vajah se connection disconnect. tab maine unhe khan " AAPKE KARAN NETWORK DISTURB THA AND COMPLETE 21 - 22 DAY TO ISKE BILL FREE KARNA HOGA BCOZ IS DAYS ME MAINE 3G USE KIYA HAI" tab us officer ne kha "no-no ye to B&C Department walo ki vajah se line disturb hui thi and humara nuksan huva hai aapko to pure month ka payment karna hi hoga" tab maine connection disconect karne ko kha tab unne ne mujhe pending bill clear kake lene ko khan & tab usne distric office ko call karke mujhe khan ki aapka 50% bill barne ki jarurat nahi me ek aaplication distic offiece ko send karne ke 15- 20 day after aapbill clear 50 % kum ho ke aayega! & usne 1 month -1.5 month application send hai nahi kiya. and phir mujhe OCT & NOV ka bill aaya maine contact kiya our Kha mia to aapko conection stop karne ko kha & unused bill free karne ko kha tha to ye bill itne late aur q aaye????? to unnone kha ki aap "JAB TAK PURA BILL PAY NAHI KARTE HO TAB TAK (MEANS U NEED TO PAY UNUSED FOR CONNECTION CONNECTION) AAPKO HUM UNUSED BILL FREE NAHI KAR SAKTE" maine kha ki aap mere security amount se cut kar lo and connection stop kar lo tabhi usne kha ki "NO SIR AAPKO PURA UNUSED PAY KARNE KE BAD HI HUM APKO UNUSED BILL KA PAYMENT VAPAS KAR DENGE" & maine BILL pay kar diya OCT- NOV- DES 2012! and abhi tak mujhe mera payment VAPAS Nahi ULTA mujhe JAN 2012 ka bill aaya maine bsnl office se contact karne par unhone khan ki aapne payment late kiya hai isiliye ye bill aaya To ka matlab kya hai aapki service OTC 28/2012 se stop hai to aap mujhe bill q send kar rahe ho usne kha jo aapka security amount hai usse me ye bill deduct kar lunga. bus aapko payment vapas nahi milega ab aapka bill clear huva me aapka conection disconect kar dunga! This is Fraud na..............! & Un-matured Staff.
    Please tell me this forum member BSNL ne to meri service diconnect kiya 3-4 month & tabhi bhi pay leliya Ye kha kar ki aapke conection stop karne ke liye aapko Unused bill bhi pay karna hoga and paymet bharne ke bad ye khate hai ki HISAB is equal.

    So, Plz plz plz tell me why i pay for unserviced 3-4 month bill ?????????????
    how bsnl return my money ??????
    ABHI Mujhe phile wala & ab ke new connect ke DONO bhi paise return chahiye.

    POINT 2 :ye agar pahile hi bolta hai aapka unused bill free hoga to mera disconnect ka sawal hi birth nahi hota. & service to 3-4 month stop hai to bill send karke ye bina service ke paise q lete hai???????????

    The lesson learnt here is never go for a connection with data cap that starts charging you for extra usage in the first place. Always get an unlimited connection or the ones that reduce your speed after a certain limit but do not charge extra.

    I am not sure how you would deal with this situation. Bsnl employees would get away with whatever they said to you because you cant prove what any one said and its for you to pay the bills.
