I have recently taken a broadband connection from BSNL and since then i m experiencing frequent disconnection in the internet. I have complained to BSNL several times regarding this, however they just close the complain arbitrarily without providing any explanation. I am using Dlink 2750u modem, the statistics of the same are placed below:
