Exclamation All lights are glowing on router, still no interet

    Hi Guys,

Recently this weekend BSNL connection had some glitch in my area. So the landline was working, but the dsl light on router was not glowing and so there was no internet. However, yesterday the dsl light came back. but again the internet light was not glowing.

I have a Binatone dt845w router, which is configured properly for BSNL connection. Please see the attached images (the images are of when I was not getting internet light). This was when despite all correct settings, the internet light was not glowing. So I did a hard reset to my router and again configured it. This time all lights are glowing, but still I can't open any website neither via ethernet or wireless both on my laptop and mobile. However, the strange thing is that the router shows that its connected and if I try to ping any website, via router diagnostics page ,its showing that its getting a reply without any loss. I don't know what to do. Is there something wrong with my router or my settings?

The firmware on my router is A.1002 which is correct for BSNL connection I guess.

Change "Default route" to yes on interface setup page.
    change service name to "dataone"

I tried it yesterday night. Made no difference. Now i am not even able to ping any website from the router settings. Please see the attached image. All lights are glowing, but not internet-access. laptop shows "Limited connection". So is my router gone wrong or there is any problem in the settings ? But I was using same settings since last 8 months and there was never any problem.

One more thing I would like to clarify that is it possible that my neighbor is using up my internet. Its just a hunch. Coz the bsnl wire comes to my home via his home and he knows my bsnl id I guess. But I am getting the ringer-tone on my landline. So I was wondering is it possible that he can still use my internet even though I am getting ringer-tone on my landline ?

    Sanny!
Your neighbor can use your internet. All he has to know your username and password. there is no need to tamper the line. You can hear dialtone everytime. All he needs a bsnl line and a router to use your connection. You can cross check your usage on bsnl selfcare portal and you may want to change your password too on the same portal.
Your ping screenshort is showing you're pinging on virtual circuit PVC1. Check again on PVC2.
Your settings seems fine. Try pinging from your laptop. Post your ipconfig.
run cmd and type "ipconfig /all >ipconfig.txt" it'll create "ipconfig.txt" on your c drive. copy/paste the content here.
