    Exclamation Refund From BSNL Broadband

    hello Friends,
    I Am Raghu From India,Bangalore
    I Am An Broadband User From Past 1 year
    I Am Using BSNL Dataone Broadband
    I Think You Know The Time Diffrence Happening In BSNL Server.
    hence i here by kindly request each and every user to look into the matter ,as i have been billed 1600 more for no fault of usage but with the problem residing at BSNL server (time difference ).
    urge every user to speak with there respective BSNL head offices and if there has been the same issue at ur end ,you will be refunded unless you bring it to the notice of BSNL.
    Please Pass This Messege To All Users Of This Forum And Get Advantage Of This.

    Hi, can you please further eloborate on what issue are you talking when referring "Time Diffrence Happening In BSNL Server" I could not understand what error is this. Is it related to night time unlimited or what? If this is the case, thanx for the info or else kindly eloborate it.

    From Past 8 Months This Time Diffrence Is There On BSNL,

    I AM In 500 Plan So It Mean, 2.00AM - 8.00Am Free Unlimited
    If I Disconnect The Connection At 8.00am(IST) Server Will Record That 8.08 Min

    Then 2 Months It Have The Diffrence Of 2 Min
    Then Last Month It Was 1.30Min

    For Example for 8 minuits you can download 120mb(Average)
    30 Days * 120mb = 3600 Mb
    So They need To Pay 3600rs Extra To BSNL
    As The Same Way I Got 2,400rs Extra A Month,
    And 1,600rs A Month
    And 1,200 A month

    I Filed Complaint On This To Coustomer Relation officer
    They Need Proof For it, And If Complaints Received In Bulk
    There Will Refund All The Money Which They Received Like This
    For All Coustomers Of Bill
    So Please Place Complaint To Coustomer Relation Officer,
    And Help Me ANd Users Like Me To get The Amount Back....

    Otherwise, I Am Going To File Case In Consumer Courte
    Please Supporte Me In This..

    The time difference is not much . we always advice the users to
    leave a 10 minutes in the begining and at the end of free usage
    time without downloading to avoid huge billing charges .

    And consumer court may not be able do anything in this issue as
    BSNL is deliberately not changing the time . we have a proverb
    that No two clocks in this world show the same time at a moment .

    well there used to be a time difference, but not anymore!! my logs show exactly 2:01 AM - 7:58AM!!anyway better safe than sorry!!like previously said connect 10 mins late and disconnect 10 mins early!!also encrypt ur wifi connection&change your router password&use a strong password for u dsl line!!

    well until 3 months back i often couldnt connect to the dsl line and always got 1000-2000rs extra!!i complained to bsnl but they did nothing!!anyway after changing my passwords and encrypting wifi i hav get ~2-5rs extra every month now!!

    But hey if u wanna sue bsnl!!im all for it!!i would like to get some of my money back!!

    Can You Do A Small Help For me?
    Write A Compalint To Coustomer Relation Officer Regarding This (Excess Bill Due To Time Diffrence)
    And Get Acknoledge From Them,
    Thats Enough!
    And One More Thing, Try To Collect The proof Of Time Diffrence,
    I Am Not Getting How Can I Collect The Proof,
    I Need Some 10 -15 Members Should Give Same Complaint To get Money Back
    You People Just give Complaint And Inform Me, I Will Go Further
