Default Boot time with Wireless adapter

My Laptop Win 7 x 64 takes an enormous amount of time to boot up and get ready say an average of 3.5 minutes. The security apps are Avast free and Online armor. The revolving do nut over the Wireless adapter logo (to confirm the presence of an adapter) takes a huge time to settle down. Any solutions to this?

This may be due to 2 reasons
    1) Too many temp files and Cache
    Solution : use CCleaner Download CCleaner 4.01.4093 - FileHippo.com

    2) Infected with virus
Solution: Just format your PC man and from next time use good antivirus (Still no antivirus is perfect) but still you can use crack version of them. Your system files are highly infected.
