I inquired about Broadband internet at BSNL regional office in first week of September, I was told that connections will start after a month or two. When again inquired in last week of October, BSNL office confirmed to give the service and a work order was generated. They said the service will start within 2-3 days. But even after 10 days, the work order had not moved further. I sincerely requested them to process the order fast. In spite of many visits to BSNL office, these people keep saying that they will process the order today, and when I called after 2-3 days, all I find that my order is still pending on December 14.
I advise you not to go for BSNL's any service.
