Thread: BSNL Dataone- HOPELESS, WORST, CARELESS SERVICE,NEVER GO FOR IT

I inquired about Broadband internet at BSNL regional office in first week of September, I was told that connections will start after a month or two. When again inquired in last week of October, BSNL office confirmed to give the service and a work order was generated. They said the service will start within 2-3 days. But even after 10 days, the work order had not moved further. I sincerely requested them to process the order fast. In spite of many visits to BSNL office, these people keep saying that they will process the order today, and when I called after 2-3 days, all I find that my order is still pending on December 14.

I advise you not to go for BSNL's any service.

i'm not new with this...
experienced the same with MTNL officers and heard of some other provider too..
it's actually human error/attitude problem. if you go to right person maybe you wont face this problem.. now i've got nothing to worries as my friend is working there! ; P

Welcome to Indian Raj of government employees. Your complaint and/or frustration can easily be created as a template and can be applied as a common complaint template for all the government services in India. This is how our all government employees work. The constitution has been made such way that they rule the roost. Nobody can change that now.

actually this happens with private operaters too!!i know ppl who gav money to register their connection and trusted them enuff to not even ask them for a bill!!&they dont hav the connection or the money!!government officers are the same except tht they hav a little more attitude problem!!

this is what happens when u live in a country where the smartest(&the most evil & money orriented) ppl in the world are found!!
