I happen to be a guy who helps out my friends to set up their wireless LAN / connect to a BSNL broad band through a router etc. Not a professional but just do it as a hobby.

The one thing I miss is a white paper or some such document that gives out the basic set up of the BSNL internet services. After all stuff like thier DNS servers , whether they use PPPoE protocol, whether they allow Pings and such are not top secrects to keep under wraps.

It will be a big help if I can get to some of these tech data on the services. OK why not I call up the local AE in my area on this ? I am still trying and have not given up.

Or is it already available on the net ? Any links ?
