Hi Sanchit,
I believe Bsnl has the most reasonable unlimited plans when it comes to prices. Railet could be another option as they have some decent plans aswell.
is bsnl reliable and good?
does bsnl have billing issues
?

I know a lot of people who use Bsnl and most of them are happy. Billing would not be an issue if you go for an unlimited plan.
Place: Pune. I have been BSNL customer since 2007. Never had anything else. Service is good. Customer care is low grade - not much knowledge out there. Service uptime has been good, mostly. Two failures in the past 6 years. One lasted 5 weeks while the other lasted 2 weeks. Billing is post-paid. Since I am on unlimited plan, I never had issues. You can go thru their plans and tariffs and choose the best plan that suits you. I suggest sticking to unlimited usage plans.
p/s. I do not download movies or use torrents (not anymore); nor does anyone in the home play online games.

I am not able to open BSNL website from yesterday !, fearing what will happen when we take their services !
I was using http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/B...ces/broadband/ link earlier . then found BSNL, Karnataka link on google.
Got the tariff plans ...
Thanks . !
For me both the sites are opening fine. You need to do a shift+refresh for the page to load again. Delete your cache/offline content.
