Bsnl broadband username or password is incorrect

Hi..Guys

I Am having Problem of "691:Username or password is incorrect for my broadband
i also said it to bsnl office but is their any way it to reset it..?

I believe only Bsnl can reset it for you. Have you tried calling customer care? I might be wrong about this as I have never used Bsnl so lets wait for other members to reply.

Yes the password can be reset by BSNL. You can call 1957 from your BSNL landline. It may be difficult because most of the time this number is busy. Try 5-10 times and you'll be connected. They will reset your password instantly and tell you the new password.
