Rep Power: 2 | Visit Dataone WebMail and click on the link "check your account usage" and from there login using your user name and password provided to you when you got the new connection. After logging in you have to choose the option "Service Records" and then choose the month you want to see your usage and click "okay" that's all, the result will be displayed. Rep Power: 2 |  please help me! I am using Bsnl Broadband. But I am unable to view my usage details. I have tried to open your given link as well as http://10.240.43.216 but both pages are not opening. In case of your link when I login in it showing a blank page. What should I do? |

Rep Power: 4 | ^ repeating the response posted at other thread : @ Sowmya , if you have just received your broadband connection then you will be given a new portal adress and user ID to check your usage details . you have to contact your local exchange (visit exchange) for this information . |

Rep Power: 0 |  i cant doo that when i click "chevk account usage" it is displayed like this: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. IBM_HTTP_Server/6.1.0.3 Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) PHP/5.2.1 Server at hosting.bsnl.in Port 80" what should i do???? plse reply anyone |
