Thread: how do i check my account usage

Plz tell me how to check my account usage in bsnl broadband

Visit Dataone WebMail and click on the link "check your account usage" and from there login using your user name and password provided to you when you got the new connection. After logging in you have to choose the option "Service Records" and then choose the month you want to see your usage and click "okay" that's all, the result will be displayed. I hope this helps you.

I am using Bsnl Broadband. But I am unable to view my usage details. I have tried to open your given link as well as http://10.240.43.216 but both pages are not opening. In case of your link when I login in it showing a blank page. What should I do?

@ Sowmya , if you have just received your broadband connection then you
will be given a new portal adress and user ID to check your usage details .
you have to contact your local exchange (visit exchange) for this information .

when i click "chevk account usage" it is displayed like this:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

sometimes the above link is down for hours or even days.keep trying at all times during day & night.

use portal ID 14 characters alphanumeric(like ami12345678901) & will be given by BSNL(usually local exchange).
