I'm using Smart AX Mt-882 Modem on a bsnl data one broadband connection. If I connect the modem using the usb and use bridge mode to connect to the net, everything works fine.

However when I connect using the ethernet port the machine freezes soon after it gets connected.

Looks like something new ???

Plz help
