Post need help getting the right broad band connection bangalore

HI Folks, I read few post here where it has been mentioned that BSNL is the best, and as i haev an BSNL phone i think i will go for it, however i am not sure which one i should go for, i might be downloading movies and other stuff with regular browsing, and everyone will use the connection in my family. I saw on the BSNL website about the home 500 and 900 plan, however the 500 one is imited download and the 900 its not mentioned that its upto 2mbps, the 500 does say upto 2mbps, Also with the 250 plan the free 2 to 8pm option is not avalibale, Any suggestions please.

By the way i just picked up lenevo T61 with wirelss and i would like to have wifi, safe and secure one.

I suggest you got for a 256kbps unlimited connection as you will be downloading movies and stuff so you wont have to worry about running into huge bills.

If you are planning to go for BSNL, i would definitely suggest you to go for the unlimited plan of it, which comes to around Rs. 1000 after all the taxes and you don't have to worry about billing or overcharging and download/upload without the fear of being over using it.

thanks for the reply, what about the fact that the 900 plan does not have upto 2mbs .. only 250 or 500 plan has the option of 2mbps.

Thats because 250 and 500 plans have a limit to how much data transfer you can use and if you download any more you get charged extra for that on top of what ever you are paying per month.

Just trust me on this and go for a 256 kbps unlimited connection and you will be a happy bunny
