    This is the details of my account. Please help for not re-funding the amount, from past 9 months. This is the case happening with link road branch. And the account section head is saying that if you want to complain, then you also complain my head officer. What should I do now to get my money back? I feel they are just playing with me every time. I'm a student and can't waste my time like this. I've already visited their place more than 5 times, and the same reply I'm getting from them that " you will get your cheque very soon." But it's been 9 month past, I've received the amount, Now, I really want my money with 9th month's interest. Thank you..

    That was indeed a long time you had to wait. Was anyone asking for a bribe? If yes then you could write a complaint about the staff member who ever was asking for money but other then that there is a very slim chance of getting interest.

    Where did you make the complaint at the Link Road branch or to the BSNL complaints department?

    I suggest you write a letter to BSNL and get a received stamp and signature asking for interest for the delay. If they do not reply then hire a lawyer and file a case if you feel that the amount if big enough for you to go through the hassle.

    BSNL has a three tier redressal system. Link

    If everything else fails, book a complain at the pgportal

    In my case, they were not responding to enquiries about a faulty line for more than 20 days. When I complained in pgportal, the line was repaired the very next day.
    Further, many top officials (who are usually inaccessible to the public) took the pain to call me and ask if everything was Okay, whether I faced any difficulties etc.
