File sharing is only possible if all computers belong to the same network workgroup or domain.

Default IP sharing issue

Hi

I am using BSNL Broadband Dataone connection with DLINk Modem.
I also bought Linksys Wireless G Router.

The issue is whenever I type the http://192.168.1.1 to get linksys router I always get the Dlink modem interface.

How I can change the settings (configure)for my Router.??. Please advise.

Please note that if I disable the lan connection and enable it back. While The lan connection is enabled, i get the linksys interface for the time being, but as soon as the lan connection is enabled, access to the Router interface is gone and is replaced by modem interface

Please advise
