    Default Beetel 450BX1 : OS: Win7 Post Reset, unable to reach modem

    I have a Beetel 450BX1 ADSL2+Router.

    I got it from Airtel, and then switched to BSNL last 3 years back. Everything was working fine since last 3 years, and while working on to reset the password and allowing the specific MAC to login, I lost the connectivity to the modem\router.

    I cannot access the 192.168.1.1 URL and have tried from a laptop with Win7 OS and a desktop with WinXP.

    I tried to bind the client(laptop\desktop) IP in the range of 192.168.1.x but still no success. Automatically it assigns IP in the range of 169.255.xxx.xx range.

    Request your guidance on a quick basis.

    Hello SmoothVibes,

    LAN:
    Step 1: It tried to access 192.168.1.1 --> Not Accessed
    Results Attached as screenshot

    Step 2: START --> Network --> LAN --> Properties --> Network settings page --> Select TCP/IP --> Properties -->
    enter 192.168.1.10 --> subnet 255.255.255.0 --> default 192.168.1.1 -->DNS 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220
    Apply Save.
    Results Attached as screenshotScreen.jpg

    Step 3: Go to cmd --> ipconfig \all (Results pasted below partly)
    Then try 192.168.1.1 admin admin

    WIFI:
    Currently I am seeing the SSID as Broadcom and can login wiith the old password using the WPA in one similar post, but still the IP assigned is in the 169.254.x.x range.

    The issue on the WIFI and LAN is same.
