Default DataOne is now BSNL Broadband

Got confused? Me to. BSNL has changed the name of DataOne to its own brand name and it seems like the broadband offered by bsnl will not be known as dataone anymore instead would be just BSNL Broadband. they have done the same thing with their other services like landline, mobile phones too.

When it was called "Dataone " many people got confused that it must be a new company and i think this is the main reason that they have changed their service name.

The main reason for the name change is that now every person says BSNL broadband and also it is advertised by the same name as compared to the Data one which some people thought that is a different company.

BSNL's broadband site is still www.dataone.in. They need to change the domain and improve the site content, style, layout, etc.

Yes.. That sucks big time.. But their main portal at bsnl.in is improving day by day and the overall performance of their services are also good... So i dont think we need to bother.
