You can configure your @dataone.in mail id to the outlook express and browse your emails offline too after downloading it into outlook express. The step by step instructions about how to do it is given in the site given below, very clearly.

But they should have instructed using images too, to get better clarity on how to do it for newbies.

i don't use the dataone mailing..so i don't need that trick..but don't you think this way the hackers can have an access to our email account too??like you said we would be needing to integrate the two accounts..

I dont like to use Dataone (BSNL Broadband) email service as it has very crappy looks which i dont really like. I think it would be nice to use yahoo or hotmail email service rather then this one.
