Default Discounted Annual Payment in Bsnl Broadband

BSNL Broadband is offering an option of paying discounted annual payment option where you will be saving around Rs. 500 or Rs. 1200 per year if you pay the whole plan charges before hand intself, i guess this is a good option, and would be very useful if you are planning to be with bsnl and will not switch to another provider for quite some time.

It is definitely a good option. You save on two months' rent + service charges. However, it also means that you are locked with BSNL for that period. But then again, BSNL is not any worse than other ISPs.

"I dont think that subscribing annually is better than the monthly payment"

Hi i am also an annual subscriber which i am having the home500 plan. I paid 5615 rupees apprximately annually .. First i thought that this annual payment is better when compare to pay every money month.

But later i felt that subscribing and locking for 1 year in this bsnl bb is quiet wrong. It seems.

Because instead of subscribing for 1 year of 5000 rs , we can invest this same amount in the mutual funds(not in shares) which is very very low risk and almost after one year we are getting 60% of interest... or even double of the initial investment.

So before subscribing anually, u think for one or more times. Atleast u can get the idea how to save the amount in any way......

    All the best.

i think having a option like that is always good...if you feel comfortable with the current plan then you can shift to the annual option and save quite hundred bucks..

Better go with annual payment. But you cant withdraw the amount if you choose to close your account.

If you switch to a different plan, your balance will be adjusted accordingly for the remaining credit.

Hm.. do u all think so ?

Our Company Paid Annual Payment for UL 900 or something i don't know.. later in couple of months the rates gone down

    UL750 now.. the same plan.

    http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...ed-500-rs.html (Home 750 Unlimited in 500 Rs)

the above thread refers that the rate of UL750 has been dropped to Rs.500/-

Can't Expect What Surprise we'll get in further months

My Conclusion : Monthly Bill is Better than being victim of FATE
