Default Any idea regarding these plans,BBG ULD 649 CS49 and BBG ULD 845 CS50

I came to know of these two plans today..

    i.e. BBG ULD 649 CS49 and BBG ULD 845 CS50

I stay in Bangalore and wanted to change my plan to BBG ULD 649 CS49 . When I called the customer care , they told that such plans are not available for selection for them. But when I opened the selfcare site of bsnl , I can see the above plan.
Has anybody choosen the above plan? I am currently on 790 cs25 plan, can i change it to this 649 plan? As this is for a promotional period, if I change it now, after the promotion, will I loose this plan? kindly advise.

When there is a promotional plan they specify that it would be available only for so and so period but those who opt for it can use it as long as they want or until BSNL decides they want to discontinue. If a plan is available in your BSNL portal then you can choose it if you like it.

I called up customer care again and they said that 2mbps till 25gb ! I asked them to confirm the same again and again and they kept telling 2mbs till 25gb and after that 512kbps. But on internet , it is 2mbs till 15gb and then 512kbps. I changed the plan online 2 weeks back but did not bother to check the selfcare service request number for several days. I raised a complaint online. They simply closed the complaint saying that "broadband is working". So I had to write a letter and give it to their office. What is the use of online submission if their employees do not check it.

That really is a shame but we cannot do a lot. I would suggest going to the local office and putting a request in writing or fill a form if they have one for this purpose.

Thanks for the reply. The plan was changed on Saturday after manually submission last Thursday.
