So I went to my local exchange in my city Dehradun and filled up & submitted the form to change my existing BBG Combo ULD 1495 plan to the new BBG Speed Combo ULD 2295 plan ! The BSNL person checked that plan in the computer, it was available, but when she tried to change it, error message popped up "Remove landline connection first".
She tried it again & again but same error message kept on popping up. Then I tried to subscribe to BBG Combo ULD 2091 instead but same error.
I talked to senior BSNL people, & when they tried to change the plan from their own computer, same thing happened. They don't know how to rectify it and say that they will forward the case to Chandigarh where they got some database or whatever !
Now I'm really feeling annoyed ! No idea when these people will forward it to Chandigarh, and when Chandigarh guys will look into the problem !
So what could be causing this error ? Any of you guys have any idea ? (some former BSNL employees maybe ?)
