Did you recently get the new broadband connection ? if it is so then
you may have to contact the commercial officer at your exchange to
know which portal to check your usage and it's user name + password .
Use http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ to check your usage. But u need to have the portal ID, which can be known by contacting the exchange like mmm has mentioned.

is it the local bsnl exchange in our area that we must contact.
or should we call with the toll free no. to the customer care centre for getting the user id.
