It's 376 kbps for upload,i.e about 37kBps. Check the pic again.

OpenDNS will make a difference for the first few seconds only where a 'www' domain name is resolved to its real IP address. In effect, open DNS will help your browser resolve the IP quicker and hence page load will be faster. After that there is no difference.

For downlaoding files, open DNS will make absolutely no difference.

speedtest does not usually show accurate speeds.Try downloading a file of size 100MB or so , through a download manager and then monitor the speed.

Download Test Results @ Speedtest.Net : 200 ~ 340 kbps
Upload Test Results @ Speedtest.Net : 60 ~ 128 kbps
File Download speeds: 20 ~ 35 kbps

and for some reson i donwload at 54k and 10k upload on torrent wats the mater with my speed is there something rong is that test bad
