Remove your ID and password from the post. Somebody may misuse it.

The userID and PW is used to connect to Internet , I feel. Confirm.
Open the link I had given and use new UserID and Password and register.
Then log in to check your usage. sample page not yours.

I am in Bharuch, Gujarat.

I have BSNL Broad Band - Night unlimited plan.. I frequently need to check for the usage of data.. from (data.bsnl.in) site

Previously after Logging in it showed options for the checking the usage and etc. but now it shows the links for region wise or something and those link doesn't include Gujarat or any major cities of Gujarat.

is there a change in the system or anything like that?

Please let me know how to get the usage data to check again?

Is it Bahraich ? If so, try registering at Loading Portal...

Until you settle how to finalize use a good bandwidth meter. Try one from Shaplus or Networx.

@niharparmar try to register on selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in with your customer id, then they will give you username and password...so you can check your data with username and password.....but now a days bsnl is configuring data plans in it system so usage data temporerly not available..

But does any one know ... is there any other optional site for the time being...?

I have night unlimited plan so Usage check becomes very crucial...

You can use a bandwidth meter to keep track of your usage. Try one from Networx or Shaplus. They values you get are independent of BSNL server, but it is almost the closest possible readings.

selfcare portal for west region is one of the worst service. it is never working,always some bugs....

i think data.bsnl.in was better than that in respect of usage check....

I too feel that data.bsnl.in was better at providing usage details & that too upto previous six months.Now the selfcare site of north is not showing any usage details,although the month has nearly come to an end.As far as the usage alerts are concerned I am not recieving them despite the message facility to postpaid cells was restored here in J&K .I registred at that site again still not recieving messages.The desktop utility from the same site is also not showing any usage this month.

According to bsnl, they are upgrading broadband plans in it system...so usage charge of feb month not available..
