    Within next two years they must upgrade to 2 Mbps.
    otherwise relliace jio will take over most the BSNL customers.

    I believe Reliance JIO has already taken over the market. JIO has not been commercially launched yet and still they have one of the largest data usage share in this market. If the prices for data (after the launch) are any where near adsl plans from BSNL or Airtel I can assure you that JIO will be a market leader within no time. 4G has a huge tech advantage over ADSL which has many limitations as you may already know.
