2566kb/s=320.75KB/s which is more than 2mbps.don't rely on speedtest.net instead quote your max dl speed achieved during actually dl preferably using some dl manager like flashget.try dl something from microsoft site & see how much speed you got.use flashget with 30 simultaneous connection.i have seen people posting even greater speed than yours with bsnl using speedtest.also speedtest shows isp as NIB whose max download capacity is 2gbps.this may also be a factor as NIB is the main network of bsnl through which bsnl provide connection to every part of india.

You can get a 2 Mbps connection with right unlimited for Rs. 500 for 1.5 GB day time and Rs. 600 for 2.5 GB day time usage. The plans are namely BBG FN Combo 500 which has 175 free calls and BBG FN Combo 600 with 250 free calls.

Now when I got the connection (getting it was a battle won) and everything seems to be fine I got so many calls from the BSNL people to know if LL/BB is working fine.. !!!

upload speed : 50 to 60 KBps

Mine is 220-240 Kbps for Normal downloading and 250-270 Kbps for Torrent.

Download and upload speed depends on the BB plan you have subscribed to.I am getting the promised speed.Download 64KB/s and upload 40KB/s.My plan is 750 ul.speed 512kbps.
