Thread: speed problem during night

hi friends.i'm a new member of this forum.i'm experiencing a problem with my dataone broadband from past 2months.i'm using home500 broadband,from past 2 months the night unlimited speed has become 20-40KBps.when the problem started a lot of other users were facing same kinda problems.but after some days there problem was solved but i'm till now experiencing the same problem.i have launched several complaints but they never came out with any solution.all oder time the download speed i get is around 230KBps with download manager.but incase of free hours i only able to get 40KBps speed,but here i can able to download 5files at a time with same speed.i don't know why is it happening.i asked this to local exchange they told me it'll b resolved soon.now for last two months it has not been resolved so i went to city main office.the official there was very rude to me n told me that nothing can b done as it is sharing network but as far as i know there are no other H500 users in our locality.we do not have any other broadband here n it is a small exchange.now what should i do??n does bsnl really use sharing network..plz help me out...

yes they do share the connection among 50 ppl, but hardly ppl are affected by it!!
try antispyware,anitvirus,etc
also try resetting your modem!

BUT HOW the modem can be reseted.but year if the problems coming because of those then why it is not affected during nrmal hours

there is more traffic i think so it happen.
but generally this is not happened
data one have some pro so u have it .
othere wise u have a constant speed
