Default port forwarding problem

whenever i use modem by making dial up connection the port is forwarded correctly but when i use it directly by making changes in pppoe(for multiple users) then there occurs the port forwarding problem
i followed ur steps but it doesnt work
i tried to make the static ip address but thr occur connection problem
so i check the box of obtaining ip address automatically
then again same problem exists
