Hey there!! I was amateur here. I have an issue with my modem. I was using TERACOM MODEM Type 2 provided by BSNL way back 8 years ago
It is configured to provide WiFi. The issue is that it is not supporting my mobile/s which have WLAN protocol 802.11 b/g/n. I tried multiple times with BSNL customer care which is actually of no use. Reached out to local exchange. The executive, to be precise TTA, said he could configure my iPhone 5S to connect to WiFi and after which the device connected smooth. But the with 802`11 b/g/n couldnt cionnect to WiFi. I have tried with multiple devices of same protocol. DSL connection working absolutely fine and i have no issues in access with desktop or lap only when connected with LAN. So now the issue is with the age old modem or my configuration settings or the executive with whom im dealing with ?? someone could bail me out. It d be of great help to me. Thanks in advance.
