Thread: Configuration of ZXDSL 831 AII Modem

Hi,

I have ZXDSL 831 AII modem. I got it since 20 days , but internet is not connected. I called bsnl but they reply that it is activated. I also went to bsnl broadband office and they check and activate it , but it is not connected. They setup my modem as Bridge Mode and told me to make a dial up connection. I try to connect internet by making Dial Up Connection, but not got success, it gives Error : 678, Remove server is not responding. what should i do?

Please help me if anyone have solution and give me details with screenshot.

Remote server not responding means that the DSLAM is overloaded. Try again after sometime, it should work
